Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or restocks, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Information

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at GoldenRougeFood@gmail.com within 7 days. We will assist with replacements or claims.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once items have left our facility.

However, if your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We are committed to making it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been processed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
